About Do Travel Blog

Do Travel Blog publishes practical travel guides, itineraries and planning advice. Every article starts from a real trip-planning question — when to go, what to pack, how to decide — and answers it in enough depth to act on.

How the guides are made. Each guide is planned around the decisions a traveler actually faces, written from first-hand trip notes — prices we paid, buses we caught, trails we walked — and fact-checked before publication. Where a number matters (a park fee, a visa rule, a ferry timetable), we cite the official source, and we revisit price-bearing guides when costs change.

Editorial policy. Articles carry a named author and a publication date, and guides are re-dated when they are meaningfully updated. We do not publish articles about places the author has not researched in depth, and we do not accept payment for coverage — recommendations stand on their own. When we get something wrong, we fix the guide and note the correction.

Images. Photographs on this site come from free-license stock libraries (Wikimedia Commons and similar), and each cover credits its author and license. We pick photos that show the place the way a traveler meets it.

Languages. We publish in English, Spanish, Russian, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. An article exists in a language only when it has been fully edited for that language — we do not machine-post untranslated pages, and the sitemap lists exactly what exists per language.
